Customer can return item within 15 days. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards and dust bags should be included with customer return. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Once customer return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify customer that we have received returned item. We will also notify customer of the approval or rejection of refund.

If approved, refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to customer’s original method of payment within 30 business days.

After order is placed, customer will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customer will receive an email with a tracking number. We are unable to cancel or change customer order after it is placed. Orders vary in processing time. Once customer package is on the way, shipping typically takes 4-6 business days, but delays from the courier can occur We use a variety of carriers to ensure customer package arrives safely. We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee. Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed at time of purchase.
